A unique product spec manufactured for PaperMake as a solution to the 'ever thinning' Center-Pull products available on the market today. This extra 'Thick' 1 ply outperforms most 2 ply Center-Pull paper products in absorbing capabilities, tensile strength, and in wiping and non-lint performance? while providing the linear advantage and cost nearing that of a 1 ply product. An 80% virgin fiber paper product mixed with 20% high grade recycled fibers.
The 04025 Wiper Towel is specifically designed and manufactured to Papermake's own exact specifications. This product is a significantly better center-pull paper quality than what is currently available on the market, and it is also 40% more use-economical as well. 04025 Wiper Towel has been created with a unique process of maintaining a 22% stretch wound tension on the roll while it is being perforated as the paper is ? wound onto the roll. This 'low-tension-tear' technology is unique to PaperMake Enterprises. The 4 millimeter perforated cuts, which requires very little tension to tear, results in a better and more economical dispensable center-pull product with reliable, perfect sheet action every time.
Center-Pull products are, by nature, excellent low cost wiper systems; and, they are perfect for this as a primary purpose of use. All too often; however, this system gets sold for hand-wash-and-dry purposes; and, for this, this system is exceedingly inefficient and expensive in use because sheet action is instant and uncontrolled. For hand-wash-and-dry purposes almost any system that feeds the paper product out flat, is more efficient and will save on overuse abuse. Center-Pull SHOULD ONLY be used as a hand drying system in environments where users constantly throw paper towel into the toilet thereby plugging it.
