Chix is made of Sontara, a material invented by 3M Products. It is extremely strong and absorbent. The rayon/cotton blend makes it both resistant to bacterial growth and easy to clean and sanitize. This product has the reputation in the food service industry as a very durable and economical bar rag replacement product.
Papermake offers Chix Kitchen Wipers as a purchased product - not rented - and as such are not subject to the problems associated with rental programs.
