This custom machined aluminum cone restrictor is an exclusive product available only at PaperMake Enterprises Ltd. It has been designed to retrofit a wide variety of center pull dispensing systems. Custom retrofitting is done by Papermake for our members.
Almost all center pull dispensing systems on the market boast single-sheet-action dispensing of their center pull paper products; however; the paper restrictors are inevitably made of plastic, neoprene, rubber or some other wearing material that can only provide sheet-action dispensing temporarily until the restrictor's surfaces wear down. Our aluminum cone provides proven years (thousands of situations over 10 years) of continuous single-sheet-action dependability. PaperMake Enterprises Ltd went with aluminum as the material of choice because although steel is stronger than aluminum, aluminum actually wears better than steel.
Papermake also utilizes our aluminum cone in a variety of unique installations such as providing a hidden center pull dispensing system by installing the aluminum cone inside a kitchen cabinet; therefore, the cabinet actually becomes a paper dispenser that allows the paper access to be right over the sink or in other areas where no paper dispenser can normally be installed. A similar installation can be done to dispense paper from under a sink, out of the countertop.
